30-Day Digital Nomad Bootcamp in Popoyo, Nicaragua

The 7-Day Retreat, then three more weeks in the village to build your chosen path with guided help. For people who want a real chance of landing online work before they go home.

What it is

A month to become a digital nomad, with a teacher keeping you on track

The 30-Day Digital Nomad Bootcamp is the intensive version of our 7-day “How to Become a Digital Nomad” Retreat. Week 1 is the same: you see every realistic way to earn online, test your top two and choose one. Then, instead of going home to build it alone, you stay in Popoyo and build it here.

For the next three weeks you work from the coworking space every day on your chosen path, following your avenue booklet step by step, with a one-hour session with your teacher each week to keep you on track, and a Friday review of what you’ve done. You live in the village with the other participants, so the people around you are building the same thing.

  • Week 1: the full 7-Day Retreat
  • Weeks 2 to 4: build, launch, earn, from the coworking space
  • A one-hour guided session with your teacher every week
  • Friday reviews and a Day 30 graduation with your next 90 days planned
  • Room, three meals a day, the coworking space and daily yoga or gym

The month

Explore, decide, then build for three weeks

Week 1 · Days 1 to 7

Explore and decide

The 7-Day Retreat: your Freedom Number, every income avenue with a lab each afternoon, a real test of your top two, and one chosen path with a 90-day plan. See the week day by day.

Weeks 2 to 4

Build, launch, earn

Follow your avenue booklet: set up your profile or shop, make your first offer, send your first pitches, publish your first work. A one-hour session with your teacher each week, a Friday review, and the coworking space all day.

Day 30

Graduate

Review what you’ve built and what came back: replies, bookings, first money. Set your next 90 days, with decision gates so you know when to continue, revise, delay or switch.

Weeks 2 to 4, week by week

What you actually build in the three weeks

Your avenue booklet takes you through weeks 2, 3 and 4 day by day. The goal is not to study your path. It’s to put it in front of real people and see what comes back.

Week 2 · Build

Set up and make your first offer

Your profile, shop or portfolio goes live. Your offer is written in one sentence: who you help, what problem, what result, how fast. Your first proof is in place: a sample, a past result, a number. You copy the templates from your avenue folder and make them yours.

Week 3 · Launch

Put it in front of people

Pitches sent, gigs published, lessons offered, videos posted, applications tailored, depending on your avenue. You log every reply in your opportunity tracker and move each one up the evidence ladder: interest, engagement, commitment, payment.

Week 4 · Earn

Follow up, close, repeat

Follow up on everything from week 3, improve the offer that got the best response, and go after your Day-30 target: a paid pilot, a first client, a first sale or a signed offer. On Day 30 you present what came back and plan the next 90 days.

How the guidance works

Weekly one-hour session with your teacher. You bring what you did, what came back and what’s stuck. You leave with the next week’s actions.
Friday review. The group shares results: replies, bookings, money. You see what’s working for others on the same path.
Your accountability partner. Paired on Day 7, a 15-minute call every week, for 90 days.
Decision gates. On days 30, 60 and 90 you check your plan against clear conditions: continue, revise, delay, or stop and switch.

A building day, weeks 2 to 4

Morning. Breakfast cooked on site, a yoga class or the gym, then the coworking space. Fibre internet with a backup generator and private call rooms for client calls.
Day. Your booklet tasks for the day. Lunch with the group. Afternoon on outreach, follow-ups and building.
Evening. Dinner cooked on site or at El Tigre, and whatever is on in the village that week: speaker nights, founders’ dinners, workshops. See the events page.

The Esc golden rule

Nobody quits their job because of this programme. You keep your current income until the thing you build has earned more than your Freedom Number for three months in a row. Income figures in the programme are rough beginner ranges, not promises, and nothing in it is legal, tax or financial advice.

7 days or 30?

Which one should you choose?

Choose the 7-Day Retreat if you want the full picture and a tested direction, and you’re happy to build it at home alongside your job.
Choose the 30-Day Bootcamp if you want to give it a serious go now: three weeks of focused building with a teacher checking in, before you go back to normal life.

Not sure? Describe your situation to reception and they’ll help you pick. Already working remotely and just want a productive stay? That’s our coworking packages.

Frequently asked questions

When does the 30-Day Bootcamp run, and what does it cost?

The first dates and prices are being finalised. Call reception on +505 5503 1484 or send us a message through the contact page, and we’ll tell you as soon as they’re set.

Can I start with the 7-day and decide later?

Yes. On Day 7 you decide about the month. If you stay, you carry straight on into Week 2 the next morning. Ask reception about availability when you book.

Will I have a job by the end of the month?

No one can promise that. What the month gives you is three weeks of real building with guidance, so by Day 30 you’ve made real offers, had real replies and know exactly where you stand. Most people aim for their first paid work or pilot by then, and a clear plan for the 90 days after.

Do I need to quit my job to join?

No, and we’d rather you didn’t. The whole programme is built around keeping your current income while you build a new one.

See all retreats on our digital nomad retreats page, or host your own retreat for a team or group.

Want to be first to hear the dates?

Send us a message and we’ll tell you the dates and price as soon as they’re confirmed. Our reception team answers 24/7.
