One Bedroom Casitas
This option includes a one bedroom, one bathroom casita with a spacious living area and a full kitchen. All casitas come fully equipped with American standard fixtures, air conditioning, on demand hot water, quality windows and doors with built in cabinetry, and local modern details.
Two Bedroom Casitas
This option includes a two-bedroom, two-bathroom casita with a spacious living area and a full kitchen. All casitas come fully equipped with American standard fixtures, Air conditioning, on-demand hot water, quality windows and doors with built-in cabinetry with local modern details. The 2 Bedroom is developed as a two-story to capture the ocean horizon as well as a one-story ranch-style home.
Raw Land
All lots come with access to power and water. Ask one of our team about the costs to hook these services up or any construction questions you might have. You have the flexibility to build one of our casitas on your lot or design your own custom home.

What's Included?
All lot owners must pay a basic yearly payment of $1,300 which covers the basic services for the Development. This included:
- 24/7 security
- Road maintenance
- Access to water services (Cost per m3, work connection)

- Concierge help with any emergency situations
All owners must agree to the service contract with Emerald Investment.
What's Included?
Esc lot owners can make an optional yearly payment of $650 to access all amenities, bringing the total to $1,950. This covers the basic owners dues, monthly membership, and additional benefits.

What's Included?
This is yearly payment of $2,100 for owners of the Esc Digital Nomad casitas. The Fee is not optional as it covers the management and expenses of the shared costs of these phases.
